Real Betis have signed Manchester United winger Antony on loan for the remainder of the season, subject to international clearance.
Antony joins Betis on a straight loan deal, with United recovering a minimum of 84 per cent of his salary plus bonuses.
United are keen for Antony to get regular first-team football before re-assessing his future in the summer, and the Seville-based side do not have an option to buy the player at the end of the loan deal.
A Manchester United statement read: “Everybody at United would like to wish Antony the best of luck for his spell in Seville.”

Antony joined United from Ajax in September 2022 to work under his former boss Erik ten Hag for an ÂŁ86m fee that made him the second-most expensive signing in the club’s history.
But the 24-year-old has failed to justify his price tag, scoring 12 goals in 96 appearances.
Antony has scored only one Premier League goal since April 2023 and his starts have decreased from 23 in the Premier League in his first year to 15 last season and none during the current campaign.
The winger has played in just 13 of United’s 32 games in all competitions this season.
Antony’s contract is up in 2027 and includes a club-held option of a further year.
